All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS (domestic shipments) or UPS (international and expedited shipments). 


We offer FREE shipping on US orders of $99 or more and international orders of $299 or more.


Shipping costs depend on method of shipment and destination of the order. These costs are calculated at checkout.


Duties and tax amounts vary from country to country and Company Mu has no control over these costs. However at checkout our website attempts to estimate any duties and taxes of your order based on your shipping address. Where possible, including the EU, the UK, and Australia, we will collect this amount as part of your order and will remit that to your local government on your behalf. 

If for any reason, additional duties or taxes are due at delivery and you reject the parcel, Company Mu WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR YOUR ORDER. 

Import duties and taxes collected from non-US customers at checkout are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an emailing containing your tracking information. We ship orders Monday- Friday, tracking details will not be supplied on weekends.

Our team fulfills orders as they are received and ships orders as quickly as possible. However, the process is not instant and we may be able cancel or change your order if you contact us immediately after placing it.

Please note that a cancellation or change request does not mean that we can accomodate you. If the order has already been packaged and shipped, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received. 


Company Mu is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping courier directly. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up-to-date information. If you have official documentation from the courier that your item has been lost or stolen, please submit this to us and we will attempt to resend your order.
