Refund policy
OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit. For refunds to the original form of payment, we charge a handling fee of $7.95.
- We have a long, 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed with all original tags.
- Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
- Women's swim bottoms must have the original hygiene stickers attached.
- Please return items in the same clear packaging they came in with barcodes attached.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
- Any returns on orders purchased with a gift card and alternate form of payment will receive reimbursement back on the applicable gift card first. "Exchange only" items are eligible for size or style exchanges within return window (up-charge may be applicable) or returned for store credit.
- "Final sale" items and gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credit.
- We DO NOT refund the original shipping charge.

International Returns
If you are an international customer, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include the original packing slip and a note detailing if you would like to receive store credit or be issued a refund to original payment method. Returns must be sent to:

At this time we are not offering exchanges for international customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Consolidating returns from multiple orders
Unfortunately, our return portal does not allow multiple orders to be combined into one consolidated return, so we ask that you keep them separate. Please use our Return Portal and initiate the returns that correspond with the correct order numbers then mail them each back individually.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene sticker and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@companymu.earth.
